Cindy Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Kentucky Licensed Psychotherapist and a Life Coach, holding both a Bachelors and Masters Degree from the University of Kentucky. With nearly 20 years Clinical experience plus 14 years facilitating Mindfulness based Yoga classes, her instructions offer a powerful experience of clarity along with guidance and skills for practice off the mat. Cindy is a Certified Facilitator of The Daring Way™ based on the research of Brené Brown, and was featured as a lead presenter at the National Association of Social Workers Continuing Education Conference in 2015. Cindy continues her nonprofit work, treating survivors with both Individual psychotherapy and Yoga therapy at the Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center, and also has a Private Life Coaching Practice, ongoing Yoga classes and Personal Growth Workshops.
